About the event
The Staff Interest meeting for Boise Fashion Week (BFW) is a crucial step in the recruitment process for the event, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss and evaluate potential candidates for various roles. The meeting involves the Producers explaining who they are, the BFW mission, and what roles we are looking to fill in the team.
The primary purpose of an interest meeting for BFW is to:
- Review resumes and portfolios of potential candidates
- Explain BFW's Mission & Vision
- Network with all individuals attending
- Discuss qualifications and experience
- Assess candidate fit for the specific roles and the overall event culture
During the event, attendees will be involved in icebreakers, an informative presentation, application time, and networking.
