Executive Producer
Provides overarching leadership and strategic vision for the project. Responsible for aligning creative ambition with practical execution, they guide the team from concept to completion—managing timelines, resources, and partnerships. Their role ensures that the project not only meets its goals but also resonates with its intended audience.

Hana McFarlane
Marketing Director
As the Marketing Director for Boise Fashion Week, Hana leads the development and execution of all marketing strategies that elevate the event's visibility, engagement, and brand impact across local and national audiences. Overseeing digital campaigns, media relations, and influencer partnerships, Hana ensures a cohesive and compelling narrative that aligns with the fashion week’s vision and values.

Laura Rabehl
Design Director
Oversees all aspects of the project’s visual presentation, from casting the right designers to managing fittings, styling, and overall beauty direction. They are responsible for ensuring every design element aligns with the creative vision, while coordinating across teams to bring a cohesive aesthetic to life with precision and purpose.

Maddie Gratehouse
Marketing Intern
As the Marketing Intern for Boise Fashion Week, Maddie works closely with the Marketing Director to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns leading up to and during the event. Their responsibilities include assisting with content creation for social media, tracking engagement metrics, coordinating influencer outreach, and helping manage email campaigns and press lists.

Gabby Brennan
Design Coordinator
Working closely with the Design Director, the Design Committee provides critical support throughout the design process. From contributing ideas and sourcing inspiration to assisting with fittings, styling decisions, and creative problem-solving, the committee plays a hands-on role in refining and realizing the project's visual and stylistic goals.
Paule M
Modeling Director
Paule as the Modeling Director for Boise Fashion Week, this role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, coordination, and management of all models participating in the event. This includes organizing model castings, leading fittings and rehearsals, and serving as the primary point of contact between models and the production team. The Modeling Director ensures that each designer’s vision is accurately represented on the runway by aligning models with appropriate looks and styling. They also provide guidance and support to models throughout the event, fostering a professional, inclusive, and empowering environment that reflects the values of Boise Fashion Week.
